Every project consists of 3 phases: preparation, execution and maintenance management. As far as we are concerned, the preparation phase is "key". Without the proper preparation, the project will experience issues and occur extra costs & delays.

Pre-Construction — Where, when, why, who and what. The five W’s is the focus for us in every project. It starts with the desired location: It could be Valencia, but also Vienna, Groning or Paris. Once the desired location has been chosen, we will discuss the opening date with the client so we can schedule our planning accordingly. Following this, we will discuss clearly what the client wishes and requirements are. Once we have a clear view, we know exactly which architects, contractors, installers, interior builders and other experts from our network are required for the work.

Additionally, during the pre-construction phase we also look at, for example, technical feasibility of the clients wishes, think along in regards to the CAPEX and help the client to make clever (financial) choices. Thanks to our many years of experience and broad expertise, every project is in safe hands with us.

Execution — Once every choice has been made, it is time to make the new location a reality. A personal project manager will keep a close eye on the project 24/7. The lead times, quality, deadlines: nothing will be decided by chance. DRDS is the link between all parties on site. This allows our client to concentrate on its core business.

Maintenance —  We don’t just help the client create, build and realize their ideas. Even after the project has been completed we remain involved with the client. From maintenance jobs to complete renovations: thanks to the good relationships with our partners throughout Europe, we have an answer to every question from the client.
