For our new client, we have been able to realize a new office on a beautiful location at the Rembrandtpark in Amsterdam. We joined this project when there were 8! Locations shortlisted. We have been involved from the start.
After surveys we all decided upon the same location. On the 11th and most beautiful floor we have constructed an office of 1740 sqm where +/- 250 employees can work and enjoy their new office several days a week.
We were involved in the preparations since August 2022 and have recommended various architects and construction companies.
The construction started on April 11th (where we only received the final construction drawings in the same week) and in 10 weeks we were able to achieve a wonderful result with the help all parties and Brentagg themselves.
